It is a very nice park but I believe way overpriced. It is, after all, a campground. Some sites in the woods are just dirt. Others are in a huge blacktop parking lot. Ours was on the blacktop. it is a very clean park. There are flowers everywhere. There are lots of amenities, pools, tennis courts, etc. It would be great for families. We only stayed two nights, but to get the full benefit of all the things in this park it would be nice to stay at least a week if you can afford the high fee. Internet was not free but another ten dollars for two days. However, it did work. So often campgrounds offer free internet and you can't get it very good. I would rather pay a fee and have the thing work.

Park is nothing special. Gravel roads and sites with a small patch of grass between sites. Very tight sites. Very small pool. Train track nearby and trains running at night. Airport down the road so there is some noise from there as well. Wi-Fi is iffy. Works sometimes, usually late at night. However, it is convenient to Niagara Falls area, and there doesn't seem to be too many campgrounds in this area. Stayed for three nights.
